This is a great/cool/beautiful/sporty watch ... the only issue is with the white rubber band which is porous and therefore if you wear blue jeans with it you will find that the band will turn blue and it is impossible to get it all out no matter what you use to clean it. I just bought my wife another watch (Chopard) to wear with her jeans and when white doesn't match her attire and this one will only be worn in non-jean situations. I'm tempted to spend around $500+/- for a new band from Cartier since this one still has some blueness in it (and therefore a lack of whiteness/brightness) but probably not bad enough to warrant the expense of a new band at this point.

I fell in love with this watch when I tried it on at a jewelers, it is big and chunky and sooo beautiful. I am a women who likes men's watches, this is definitely not for someone who likes delicate, thin watches. The price is unbeatable, in the stores averages $4700.... You will enjoy it I hope as much as I enjoy mine....

It's my first time buy this level luxury watch, I spent a lot of time and efforts to find the good one.1. Since I have sport watch already, this luxury one is for casual or dress purpose, so water resistant is not that important, 30M is fine for this kind of luxury watch, I guess nobody dress this kind of expensive watch for diving or hiking or sports like basket ball etc.2. After I purchased bunch of different watches, I found that all multiple functions like date, timer, dual zone, luminescent dial are not necessary, all these kinds of function put dial too busy, so I really love this watch because it has the power reserve function, this is important for a mechanic automatic wind watch, and the beautiful open heart to enjoy the mechanic movement, the dial is very nice and easy to read, very beautiful.3. The power reserve indicator is gold-made, the black hour, minute and second hands are beautiful. the open heart window is nice, you can see the move part of the watch heart, plus the back is full open, you can see through and see how watch get winded, all the back screws are blue and whole movement are modified and decorated perfectly.4. The front and back are scratch resistant sapphire, much better than mineral glass.5. The movement is modified based on ETA-2892, this movement is high end ETA movement and much better than ETA-2824 movement and more accurate, every 24 hour my watch gains 6 second, very stable and reproducible, that means i can easily adjust to get it more accurate,…

The reason this watch is so cheap, is that it does not come with an "Official CARTIER Warranty Card". Because AMAZON is not an Authorized CARTIER dealer.Therefore if the watch breaks you will have to deal with Amazon and a 3rd party to repair it. NOT CARTIER!!!I bought this CARTIER watch in Jan 2011 for my wife. It stopped working in July 2011. CARTIER said they can't help me, because I didn't buy it from an Authorized CARTIER dealer and did not have an "Official CARTIER Warranty Card.It took 4 phone calls to Amazon to resolve this issue. (note: if you have problems with your watch. Contact the Amazon Watch and Jeweler group). But they finally connected me to the 3rd party company that will support the 2 year warranty.So I'm now sending the watch off to be fixed and it will take 4 to 8 weeks to repair.I would strongly suggest that you "ONLY" buy a CARTIER Watch from an "Authorized CARTIER Dealer". The savings is not worth the headache if you have to fix it.I'm not happy with this purchase and would not have purchased this from Amazon knowing the before!!!

I actually own this specific watch (#2220.80.00) and is my 2nd Omega (have five year old Speedmaster). It is a beautiful watch and like other Omegas you get comments on it. If you have not owned an Omega then you will be impressed by the feel and quality of the watch. For these kind of watches it doesn't feel heavy at all but a comfortable feel to it when wearing. Accuracy? Let's face it, a cheap $20 quartz is more accurate but it is rated a chronometer (don't confuse the term chronograph with lots of dials) and I gain 2 seconds a day. This is good because it is easy to update but stopping the clock a few seconds a day and watches tend to slow until the next cleaning. The Co-Axial feature is not a gimick (look at the Omega site for an animation on how this works) and results in the watch being certified a chronometer. Compared to my older non-coaxial Speedmaster (new ones have coaxial) here are my observations:*With my older automatic you could feel the automatic movement as it spun around when wearing it. The Seamaster doesn't have that moment and is quiet. When listening to it much more pleasant than the Speedmaster but I know most would say who cares.*With my older automatic when you did rewind it it would offer a lot of resistance and almost cut into your thumb. The new one offers just a little resistance but rewinds the watch. You could wind it all day without getting callouses.As for as warrenty: Others have pointed out that you lose one year of warrenty if you buy it through…

My wife and her new CD watch are nearly inseparable . Why not when the watch has ( certified ) quality VS diamonds of G or H colour amounting to 3.37 carats and red "sapphires ", which Wikipedia says is another name for rubies . A lovely dress watch , large but sparkling which is delightful to look at .The price to the purchaser , see my new pen name given to me by my wife , is another plus , but why would it not be at a discount of 10,000 dollars off retail .Good work Amazon .Safe and quick seamless delivery to Australia too .

I was looking for G-Shock Casio watch for my camping trips and I somehow came across this wonderful timepiece on Amazon.I liked the way it looked and I was so impressed by all the features that I forgot to look at the price and placed an order. First clue that something's not right came when I got a call from my credit card company about suspicious charge on my account, but when I heard that charge from Amazon (and I blindly trust Amazon) I didn't listen further and approved the charge. When I received the watch I LOVED it, I put it on my wrist right away and took it to my camping trip. When I got back from my trip I had a credit card bill waiting for me in the mail.Long story short. I loved this watch and decided to keep it. It's perfect for my camping trips. Yes, I had to sell my house and my car, I now live in my camping tent under the bridge, having grilled rats for dinner, but man this watch totally worth it.

I had been looking for a Cartier watch. The exact watch was priced over $2,0000 more in retail store. I took watch to Cartier to have links removed and they verified it was Cartier. Love my watch, love the price.

I have known TAG Heuer for years, but never had a chance to own one. Like most people, I first saw this watch displayed at a jewllery store. It was absolutely beatiful and amazing. and of course the price did shock me with over $7k retail price. the black titanium case with red stitching only makes it look even better. Not likely other expensive watch, this watch it's as heavy as I thought, and it's so comfortable to wear and fits my wrest so perfectly. As a sport watch, this is THE one. The price on amazon is unbeatable, and the amazon watch hot-line salesman explain every especial thing about this watch before I decide to buy it from them. The rubber band is very easy to adjust, and if you want a different, it's very easy to switch.(I think the leather costs about $500 each) And the watch arrived the next day. Thank you amazon.com for a great watch with great price.

I've had it for about 8 hours now and it's keeping amazing time! ;)But really, I was going to buy a Rolex Submariner 116610LN but then I read something about the Omega Co-Axial Escapement. The technology was developed originally by George Daniels in the 1970's. By the late 80's the design was being offered to various brands (Rolex & Omega) for possible production. The co-axial escapement apparently reduces friction by 93% over the lever escapement. Anyone shopping for a high end watch should avoid Amazon. The item I purchased arrived and was inoperable. I attempted to return the item and it was immediately shipped back with a notice that Amazon would not take it back claiming there were scratches on the band. After numerous calls to customer service and a flurry of emails, Amazon finally informed me the watch was covered under their warranty program. I had to ship the item to their service center (at my own expense, including the intial shipment to try and return the item) and still I have no working watch for my wife to enjoy. To date I am out the cost of a very expensive watch, and the cost of two separate UPS shipments - including insurance coverage.If you are thinking of purchasing a watch on Amazon, go directly to the manufacturer. Trust me, it will save you a lot of time, frustration and effort.

I bought this watch as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he wore it for two days and it stopped working. I had to send it to be repaired which took almost a month. The Amazon representative who helped me was great in helping expedite the repair, but I was not happy with the purchase at all. I hope the watch continues to work now that it has come back from repair.

I got this as a gift from my girlfriend after her divorce was finalized. To be honest i wish she would have just given me the money. The most expensive watch i've owned up until this one is a Omega Seamaster, which i love. At almost double the price of the Seamaster this watch has none of the Je ne sais quoi that James Bond's favorite watch has. in fact, without hesitation i would rather wear my 4 yr old G-Shock.
